Pre mixers are very necessary for vitamin mixings. There are some ingredients like minerals, vitamins in feed whose percentage is less than 1 %, which is very low. If they are added directly in to feed mixer, no one can ensure 100% mixing in complete batch.  

          By use of Pre-mixer, these small ingredients are diluted in 25kgs or 50kgs of any of feed ingredients i.e. DCP, Maize powder etc.

After Pre-mixing, pre-mixed ingredients are transferred in to main feed mixer. It results in better mixing.
